From my first month in the company, I organized meetings with new colleagues.

Initially I approached coaching as a system with suspicion. For you, I already knew that you were a true professional - with all the sense and weight of that - but for coaching I had hesitations, as there are many systems that present themselves as coaching but do not meet the ethical rules and create a fallacy. Now that I also know through personal experience what pure coaching is, I can't stop telling my family about it. A powerful tool that everyone needs to have access to in order to develop.<\/p>\n

When we first started, I chose to work on changing my internal mindset, which I have struggled with my whole life so far, but still couldn't move forward. I must admit I didn't expect this outcome - in 6 sessions I was able to resolve my case. A case that - I note again - I have been struggling with all my life. I still can't even believe how I didn't know how powerful a tool coaching is before. It accelerates many times the speed at which you move towards your goals. And something else key that it has helped me with - it has given me tools that I can use to tackle other issues that have arisen on my own, and a mindset that has improved my quality of life significantly.<\/p>\n

I realized that a big and seemingly impossible goal is achieved in small steps. And that in addition to getting started, it is also important to be consistent in your actions to achieve the goal. Our sessions helped me develop my self-control and answer the really important questions, like \"How many units of time invested today will pay off tomorrow?\" I came to believe that there are no impossible things and that with the right motivation and desire anything can be achieved. I have changed my outlook and am able to step back and see the \"big picture\" more easily.<\/p>\n

When we started working, I wanted to become a more confident and effective leader. Before we started working together, I was not good at negotiating and presenting my position independently. I waited for the inevitable ''right moment.'' I had a hard time standing up for my values, goals and boundaries.<\/p>\n
